This notice describes the information requested by the payment fee review form and how the current version of this site handles it. Complete the operator and retention details below before using this page to collect live requests.

Information you can submit

The form asks for your business type, an approximate monthly payment volume, payment provider, checkout setup, country or region, name, business name, and work email. A website address is optional. A separate, optional checkbox records whether you want occasional marketing updates. Do not submit payment-card details, bank credentials, processor passwords, or statements.

Why it is used

The information is used to assess whether a payment setup review may be relevant and to respond to your request. Marketing updates are sent only if you separately opt in. The request checkbox is limited to follow-up about the review you asked for.

Where requests are sent

When the form is configured, this site sends the submitted details over HTTPS to the receiving system selected by the operator. The application does not save submissions to its own database.

The operator is responsible for confirming the recipient’s terms, safeguards, and retention behavior before accepting live requests.

Advertising and analytics

This version does not load Meta Pixel or other analytics scripts. Marketing consent in the form is separate from consent to advertising cookies or tracking.

Referral compensation

The reviewer may receive a referral commission if you choose to use Whop. A review does not guarantee savings or require you to change providers.

Contact and retention

The privacy contact and data-retention period have not been configured yet. Add the operator’s contact details and retention period before collecting live requests.

The request form is currently closed. The webhook, site origin, operator identity, privacy contact, receiving service, and retention period must all be configured before it will accept personal information.
